My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped, but there were some maintenance issues with the TV and the toilet. The staff tried to address the problems, but it was a bit inconvenient to have tools left in my room. The lack of proper cooling despite the air conditioning running constantly was disappointing. On the upside, I've stayed here before and never encountered such issues. The amenities fell short as the microwave was not functioning, and overall cleanliness was a concern.

My stay at the hotel was more than I expected. While the location was superb with direct access to Miami Beach, the rooms were a complete mess with issues like broken furniture, dirty balcony, and leaking sink. Despite the unattentive staff and the overall bad experience, the hotel was more than we expected.

The service was a mix of rude interactions and some attempts at helpfulness. The location was disappointing with limited nearby attractions, and the dining experience varied from excellent to subpar. Facilities were under construction and below expectations.

The hotel room had several issues, including a broken bed, hair on the walls, and dirty hot tub and pool. The overall experience was bad, and I wouldn't stay there again due to the dirty and poorly maintained rooms.
